Best thinking times

When are yours? When do you do your best thinking? It happens a lot when your body is doing something routine so your mind is free to think...

For me it's
1) in the shower

2) on a jog

I jogged late tonight and now I'm so full of ideas I can't sleep...of course it could be that iced coffee I had at 3pm. (Nevermind that what I actually ordered was a green tea latte) But it's making me think about how many thoughts I don't have because I don't run...I put so many things together when I run, things come full circle there, and I miss that when that gets bumped from the day.

Please remind me of this next time I say I'm too tired to exercise. Or if you catch a whiff -- there are new thoughts waiting.

I'm right there with you. I totally solve all of the world's problems in my head in the time it takes me to run a few miles. I'm finding that it's similar with walking too, although I get far more distracted walking, so thoughts aren't quite as coherent. Cannot WAIT to run again!
